Welcome to my official web site. For those who haven't met me yet, my name is Carmen Garcia and I'm a qualified fitness professional. I've been involved in health and fitness my whole life. In 1992 I moved to San Diego from Miami, Fl where I grew up. I have many interests and attended school for art/photography, fashion design/marketing in San Diego. Of course, I've always maintained an active lifestyle and practiced healthy habits during my studies. In 2000, I moved to L.A. where I "coincidentally" became an International Fitness Model and appeared on TV, film, commercials etc...I decided to take fitness to another level and decided to help others by teaching others how to live and maintain a healthy lifestyle. I became a certified personal trainer through the U.S.P.T.A., Sports and Science Association. I am currently the owner of an L.A. based personal training business and promote my own line of Fitbody Star tees and fitness products. Helping clients locally and throughout the globe has given me incentive and total gratification to live a longer and healthier life.
